CNC machining center power unit can not be energized
CNC machining center has the power unit of two lamps, one power indicator is green; one is the power warning light is red, here said power supply unit includes a power input unit and the power supply control section.
When the power is not turned on CNC machining centers, if the power indicator (green) does not light.
Insurance F1 power unit, F2 is blown. This is because the high input voltage causes or components of the power supply unit itself is damaged.
CNC machining center input voltage is low. Check the power supply unit into the voltage, the voltage value of allowable AC 200V + 10%, 50HZ ± 1HZ.
Defective power unit, there are dollars damage
Power indicator light, warning lights disappeared, but the power can not be turned on.
In this case because the power is turned on (ON) the condition is not satisfied. By the following switch circuit, power-on conditions are as follows:
CNC machining center power on condition there are three: (1) source ON button closure. (2) Power OFF button closure. (3) external alarm contacts open.
3. CNC machining center power unit warning lights
(1) 24V output voltage blown fuse
①. 9 "monitor screen using the + 24V voltage, as shown below, check the + 24V and ground are shorted.
②. Poor display / manual data input board.
