Precision machining
Precision machined parts is the actual size of the surface, shape, ideally three kinds of geometric parameters and drawings of geometric parameters of degree of compliance. Ideal geometric parameters, in terms of size, is the average size; on the surface geometry is concerned, is absolutely round, cylindrical, flat, straight cone and the like; to each other between the position of the surface, it is absolutely parallel vertical, concentric, symmetry. Deviate from the actual value of the part geometry and the ideal geometry is called a processing error
Precision machining and processing errors are critical term machined surface geometrical parameters. Precision with tolerance levels measured level value is, the higher the precision; processing error expressed numerically, the greater the value, the greater the error. High precision machining, machining error is small, and vice versa
Any actual parameters obtained by processing method will not be absolutely accurate, from the part of the functional perspective, as long as the processing error within the tolerance range of part drawings required to ensure that the processing accuracy
Quality of the machine depends on the quality of processing and assembly quality machine parts, spare parts processing quality contains parts machining accuracy and surface quality of two parts
Machining accuracy is the degree of actual geometry (size, shape and position) parts after machining and the ideal geometry consistent. The difference between them is called the error processing. The size of the processing error reflects the level of precision. The lower the greater the precision error, error is smaller the higher the precision
Precision three aspects:
● the extent consistent with the actual size of the parts and components with dimensional tolerances of the center after the dimensional accuracy of the machining
● the extent consistent with the actual geometry of the ideal geometry of the shape accuracy of the machining of the part surface after
