3, the feedback route of the detection speed leads to the alarm. This situation is a false alarm, , and the detection feedback system has problems. Most of the alarm is caused by the speed feedback line of the NC servo motor of the machining center or the bad contact of the detection feedback line.
4, the overload alarm, the cause of the overload alarm, the CNC mechanical load is not normal, or the speed control unit motor current upper limit set is too low. Permanent magnet shedding of permanent magnets will also cause overloading alarm. If the machining center does not carry the motor without brake, it is difficult to move or rotate the shaft by hand, which means that the permanent magnet is completely lost.
