Introduction of coordinate system of CNC machine
There are three kinds of CNC machine coordinate system, CNC mechanical coordinate system, CNC processing coordinate system and CNC temporary coordinate system. CNC mechanical zero point is a mechanical base point, the original position to zero is determined, the location of the mechanical zero position is fixed by the machinery factory, do not change. The machining coordinate system is used for the work piece machining. It is a sub coordinate system of the mechanical coordinate system. A position in the mechanical coordinate system (usually the center of the work piece) is used as the original point of the coordinate system. The mechanical coordinates of this position are recorded. As the origin of the processing coordinate series, the working coordinate system can be set up. Temporary coordinate system: at any time, each position is cleared as the origin of coordinates. There are also three coordinate values for coordinate values: mechanical coordinates, processing coordinates, and temporary coordinates (also known as relative coordinates) 22. commonly used filtering values: commonly used filter values 0.001~0.02, filtering radius R=0.1~0.5. Take the big knife path to get the big value, the light curved surface tool path takes the small value, the curved surface radius is small, takes the big value, the curved surface radius is bigger, takes the small value. Filtering can effectively reduce the program capacity and make the tool more smooth, but the machining accuracy will be affected if it is too large.
