Metal surface machining
Metal surface machining subdivision can be divided into: metal anodizing, metal painting, electroplating, surface polishing, metal corrosion processing and so on.
Surface processing of hardware parts:
1, metal anodizing: metal factory in the production of metal products (mainly aluminum parts) to its metal anodizing, making metal product surface hardened, so that it is not easy to damage.
2, painting processing: metal factory in the production of large pieces of metal finished products when the use of painting, paint processing to avoid rusting metal, such as: daily necessities, electrical housing, crafts and so on.
3, electroplating: electroplating is also the most common processing technology for metal machining, electroplating on the surface of metal through modern technology to ensure that the products are not mouldy and embroidered for a long time. Electroplating is common, such as screws, stamping parts, battery pieces, car parts, small ornaments and so on.
4, surface polishing: the surface polishing is generally used in daily necessities, through the surface burr processing for hardware products such as: we produce a comb, the comb is made of metal by stamping, then the edge corner of the punched comb is very sharp, we have to polish the edge sharp part by polishing. Throw it into a smooth face, so that it will not hurt the human body in the process of using.
