It requires a variety of cutting tools. This required clamping not only to bear the large cutting force, but also to meet the positioning precision requirements. The automatic tool change (ATC) function of NC machine determines that the bracket, position detection and tool setting elements can not be used in machining. The high flexibility of the CNC vertical machine requires that the clamping is more compact and simple than the ordinary machine tool. The clamping action is rapid and accurate, and the auxiliary time is reduced as much as possible. The operation is convenient, labor saving and safe, and the rigidity of the machine must be guaranteed and flexible.
