Classification of horizontal CNC machine
The spindle of the horizontal CNC machine is parallel. In general, the horizontal CNC machine has 3-5 coordinate axes, and the common horizontal CNC machine are all three linear motion axes and a rotating coordinate axis. Most of the worktable of the horizontal CNC machine are square, which can finish clamping the work piece once and machining of all sides of the work piece.
Classification of horizontal CNC machine:
1. According to the spindle box location, there are two types of spindle box hanging and spindle box side hanging.
2. According to the column, there are two kinds of fixed columns and moving columns.
3. According to the shape of machine tools, there are two kinds of positive T and inverted T.
4. According to the Z axis, there are three types of classifications: Z axis table feed, Z axis column feed, Z shaft ram feed.
